Notification Rules
The Notification Rules ability is disabled now and cannot be edited. ( Dated 2-March-2023)
Notifications process is changed to https://cybercns.atlassian.net/l/cp/Pp46xSnM via Integrations.
Using CyberCNS you can set rules for notifications using the feature of “Notification Rules”. Using this feature you can get notified of set conditions based on your ruleset. This user-defined rule can be applied at the Company level or Globally.
To get notified using the notification ruleset, please make sure to choose the required Integration set by adding the credentials in the integration section.
eg. For MS Teams notification, MS Teams Integration should be set prior to set the rule.
Company Level
On the global menu Navigate to Notification Rules and click on (+Add) to add a New Rule.
Enter the Rule Name of your choice and Enable the alerts. Either Select All or Deselect All alerts as per the requirement. These alerts are used to get notified through conditions.
The below image shows the number of alerts required for notifying through Notification Rules. Once the alerts are enabled, click on Next to proceed further.
There are 3 types of notification rules that could be specifically set for Notification Rules for Remediation
Choose the type of integrations as per the requirement.
For an e.g. When Connectwise is chosen as a notification method, will be notified on Connectwise. Click on Next to proceed further.
Now, fill all the action parameters and click on Save.
Once the integration is chosen, next fill the block with the information and finish the notification rule and Click on Save.
When the above details are saved for the Notification Rules, will a get a pop-up stating as Notification Rule Updated Successfully.
There is an option to Edit and Delete the Notification Rules using the Action column. Any company can be edited and deleted if needed.

Global Level
Notification Rules under global level is applicable to all over the companies.
On the global menu Navigate to Notification Rules and click on (+Add) to add a New Rule.
Enter the Rule Name of your choice and Enable the alerts. Either Select All or Deselect All alerts as per the requirement. These alerts are used to get notified through conditions.

Choose the type of integrations as per the requirement.
