EMAIL: CyberCNS SES Email

CyberCNS SES Email (Simple Email Service) is used to send email alerts outbound from the app.

NOTE: Email is sent from notifications@connectsecure.com if you use the CyberCNS SES Email option.


Getting Started

  1. Navigate to Global > Settings/Integrations and tap the ConnectSecure SES Email tile.

Setup

Credentials

Add the required Name and Email For Test Email Check fields, select an Associated Company, and tap Save.

After saving, a test email will be sent to the email address in the Enter Email For Test Email Check field.


Event Set

Refer to our Event Set KB here: Event Sets for Alerting


Integration Rules

Here, you will create a name of your choosing and link the previously created Event Set. Tap Save to finish.

You will be prompted with a Confirmation message to save the Integration Rule or tap Yes to save and move to the Company Mapping section.


Company Mapping

This is where you map your ConnectSecure company to the Integration Rule(s) and can enable the ‘Create CyberCNS SES Email Alert’ box to enable this rule.
