How To: Unlock Zitadel User Account

This document reviews how to unlock a user account from the Zitadel portal (authprod.myconnectsecure.com)

Prerequisites

Org Admin user role in the Zitadel portal

Instructions

1. Login to the ConnectSecure Portal (portal.myconnectsecure.com)

2. Tap on the user avatar > Profile option

3. From the Users menu, tap on Actions > Unlock User
