This document reviews how to unlock a user account from the Zitadel portal (authprod.myconnectsecure.com)

Prerequisites

Org Admin user role in the Zitadel portal

Instructions

Login to the ConnectSecure Portal (portal.myconnectsecure.com)
Tap on the user avatar > Profile option

From the Users menu, tap on Actions > Unlock User
