How To: Add Active Directory Credentials
Overview
This document will cover how to add Active Directory credentials required for the Active Directory scanning and reporting.
Prerequisites
Local Active Directory / On-Premise Active Directory (Non-Azure)
Azure Active Directory is supported by have a different setup KB: RSEYMOUR
Instructions
Select a company.
Navigate to Overview > Agents screen.
Tap the Discovery button from the action toolbar.
Tap Add next to the Credentials section.
Enter a name.
Select the OS Type of Windows.
Select the Credential Type of AD.
Complete the required fields, which include Domain Name, Domain Controller Name, User Name, and Password.
Run Active Directory Scan
You can wait for your Scan Scheduler to run; otherwise, to run an AD scan manually, follow these steps.
Navigate to the company Overview > Agents > Probe Agents menu.
Tap the three-dot Action menu.'
Select Scan.
Select Active Directory scan.
