How To: Check Agent Offline Status

Step 1:

  • Check if the agent service is running. 
    (service name: cybercnsagent)

  • If the service is not running, please start the service.

Step 2: 

  • Download and Run the executable and the agent log located in "C:\Program Files(x86)\CyberCNSAgent\logs."

  • Download the agent communicator executable using the link below
    agent_communication.exe

  • ​Open PowerShell as an administrator, navigate to the executable downloaded path and run the below command:
    .\agent_communicator.exe <pod No.>

  • For Example: .\agent_communicator.exe 401

  • You can find the pod number of your hosted instance in the global overview section. Please refer to the screenshot below:

  • Navigate to Global Overview>> POD Number.
