Users

You can find this module at the Global level only.

The user’s screen is your one-stop destination for managing user access to your ConnectSecure portal. From here, you can add, edit, and delete users. This is also where you manage the user’s security role access and the companies they can access.

This screen requires an admin security role to access it.

Users - Details

Access the Users from the Settings category.

Use the column selector to add/remove and arrange your columns.

State

Displays Active for the state of the user

First Name

Displays the first name of the user

Last Name

Displays the last name of the user

Email

Displays the email of the user

Last Login Timestamp

Displays the last time the user logged in

Company Access

Displays what level of access the user has to companies; tap to see the details of what companies are permitted

  • ALL = all companies

  • RESTRICTED = limited to select companies

Companies

Displays the list of companies the user has access to

Roles

Displays the security role of the user


Add New User

Tap on the Add button to create a new user in the portal.

Complete the required fields. Pay close attention to the Role(s) selected and Company level access options. These control what and who the user has access to in the portal.

Alerts

View our timeline style of System Events captured for each company. You can set an optional date filter range to target a specific date range of events.

Layout Settings

Here, you can change the UI look and feel using various options, including the Theme for color, the Scheme for dark and light mode, the Layout for toolbar and module positions, and the toggle to set the table view default.
