Audit Logs
You can find this module at the Global and Company levels.
The audit logs record various system activities carried out by the users where it is stored with a date, time, action type, and other details.
Data is retained here for up to 180 days before it is purged.
Action Types that are recorded in the Audit Logs include the following:
Agent Deleted
Agent Installed
Agent Modified
Application Baseline Created
Application Baseline Deleted
Application Baseline Modified
Asset Created
Asset Deleted
Asset Modified
Company Created
Company Deleted
Company Modified
Credentials Created
Credentials Deleted
Custom Profile Created

Audit Logs - Details
Access the Audit Logs from the Settings category.
Use the built-in filter options to sort/filter through the data.
Tap on the created date and time stamp to see the details.

View our timeline style of System Events captured for each company. You can set an optional date filter range to target a specific date range of events.

Layout Settings
Here, you can change the UI look and feel using various options, including the Theme for color, the Scheme for dark and light mode, the Layout for toolbar and module positions, and the toggle to set the table view default.
I prefer the Teal color, Light mode, and Classic layout with an asset table view.
