Integrations
You can find this module at the Global and Company levels.
ConnectSecure has prebuilt integrations and provides open APIs. We welcome partners and vendors to work with our team to publish or update new integrations. Email support@connectsecure.com to contact us, or visit ourV4 API Information KB for API info.
Table of Contents
Integrations - Details
Access the Integrations from the Settings category.
Tap on the tile to configure the integration details. If an integration is set up, a green check in the corner will indicate this. The number in the corner shows the number of credentials added.
Each integration has unique setup parameters and requirements; however, as highlighted below, all integrations will have a standard structure.
Credentials
This is where you will enter the required credentials to authenticate the integration APIs. Once ConnectSecure has established a connection, it will open the Event Set, Integration Rules, and Company Mapping options.
Event Set
Event Sets are the predefined events that can trigger alerts in the supported integrations. They are organized into the accordion style categories, as shown here.
Tap on the category to see the details. A simple check box will enable the Event Set.
For a complete listing of the Event Sets, check out the page here: Event Sets for Integration Alerting
Integration Rules
The integration rule connects the selected event set to the integration-specific settings and mappings; this allows you to control how the event set behaves as it passes over to the integration.
Company Mapping
The company mapping section is where you manage the mapping between the ConnectSecure and integration companies. This allows alerts and mappings to route directly to the right company. This mapping will enable you to control which companies get which event sets.
We have a dedicated page for each integration under the Integrations folder in the documentation navigation tree.
Integrations - Toolbar Options
