Ticketing Integration and Rules

Ticketing is enabled using an Integration with Pro-vigil Ticketing system. This is enabled under the Integrations tab. Click on the integration to access the Integration settings and Ticketing rules. The credentials tab is to update the ticket urls and the API key to integrate with the ticketing system

The Alert Tab defines the mapping between Alerts in Netalytics and the corresponding ticket tags and conditions when the ticket will be raised.
