Site Dashboard

Client Performance Dashboard

The client performance dashboard displays historical performance of the Clients infrastructure to be used in conversations of uptime or missing critical events and root causing the same. 

• Search for the particular site or select any particular site from Main dropdown window and go to Site Dashboard. The Site Dashboard is divided into Client Performance Dashboard that looks at the site as a whole and provides metrics on uptime, downtime and Scheduled down times.

Daily Site Performance:

This graph provides a view of the number of hours the site was up, down and down due to Scheduled Down Time like in the Solar Units.

Site Outage Times

The side panel provides the times when the site actually went down completely and when it came back up. It is possible to change the historical duration of the report using the dropdown on the top right hand corner.

Monitor Dashboard

The Monitor dashboard drills into each component and identifies how long each component has been up and working. This may differ from the Site down as an individual component going down does not result in a Site down alert.
