Dashboard
Dashboard is an information management tool that visually tracks, analyzes and displays key performance indicators (KPI), metrics and key data points to monitor the health of a business, department or specific process. They are customizable to meet the specific needs of a department and company.
Overview
This section provides a birds eyeview of the Sites, monitors,Ticketing details, Solar Script Running Sites and Scheduled Down Time site details. It is split into the following tabs so that it is easy to consume information
- Site: The Overview provides a quick graphical representation of numbers of sites up, sites down and sites with problems and sites where the solar script is running
- Monitor: Monitors will gives you the graphical representation of Monitors and their status.
- Site down Tickets status:
A site is considered down if 100% of the cameras in a site are down. A ticket is created if the status continues to exist for 60 min after the initial occurrence of the Site down. The dashboard widget displays the sites down along with details such as the Site Name, Ticket ID, Ticket Status and the URL.
The current status of the tickets in PVT is displayed here along with a URL for a quick transition to the ticketing system is provided.
All tables can be downloaded as CSV from the link below the table.
- Solar Script Running Sites: This shows the current status of sites running the solar script.
- SDT Sites:
Scheduled down time. This table will display any sites that are in scheduled down time.
- Authorization Failed Counts: This contains the number of authorization failed components. This means the credentials have changed but not updated in the system. This should eventually disappear once we have the vault as the single source of truth
PVI Box Stats:
This table provides a view of the complete stats of PVI Camio Box for each site. Details of Camio Box, Status, Upload Queue Length, CPU utilization, Memory Usage, Swap Usage, Cameras Online and Offline, Total Cameras.
Axis Health Monitoring
This tab displays the Axis camera details including stats on Cameras up and down and totals. The errors are categorized into the following reasons
- Success
- Unauthorized
- Response TimeOut
- Connection Error
- Name or service not known
- Not Found
- Internal Server Error
- Bad Request
A detailed view showing all the stats of Axis Camera such as
Site Name
Host Name and Port (for openvpn access)
Status of the camera
Frame rate (frame frequency)
Camera resolution
Recording status
Disk details whether the disk is full or is it read only or locked
Disk total utilization
Disk free space
Reason for camera up or down,
X310 Health Monitoring:
The system monitors the health of X310 devices and provides a quick overview of X310 devices up, down and totals. X310 Stats will give the details of Site Name, Status of X310 device , Line Voltage Stats, Battery Voltage, Temperature and Reason for device down.
Failed Authentication:
This report provides the details of all devices where the credentials are incorrect and so authorization fails which needs to be fixed by the team internally
