ConnectSecure now offers two tailored plans, Standard and Premium to enhance your security offerings.
Cloud Assessment > Microsoft 365 Inspection Report module is currently free for trial use and in BETA release until March 31, 2025 - no charges will incur until after this date if you continue use.

We’ve introduced updates to our Plans & Billing module found directly inside the ConnectSecure platform, to provide more flexibility for our partners. Below are answers to common questions regarding SKU changes, billing impact, On-prem deployment support, and plan management.
What are the new SKU changes?
We’re enhancing our Plans & Billing with a new SKU structure to better align with your business needs. Previously, all partners were on a single default SKU, but now we offer the Standard and Premium plans.
Standard Edition SKU – The default SKU used today for all partners, includes everything you are used to and nothing is being removed from the current product.
Premium Edition SKU – Includes advanced Cloud Assessments features starting with M365 Assessment Module. Google Workspace Assessment and Web Application Scanning (WAS are coming soon with exciting new capabilities.
Your current SKU type will be clearly displayed in the UI for transparency.
Where can I find the pricing structure?
You can view the detailed pricing structure in the Plan & Billing section of the ConnectSecure Portal. This section provides an overview of Standard and Premium SKU pricing, along with any applicable charges.

What SKU will new partners get upon signing up?
All new trial accounts start with the Premium SKU by default. After the trial period, you will have the option to downgrade to Standard directly from the UI, by tapping on the Change to Standard button OR continue with Premium SKU.
How does this impact billing for current partners?
Billing updates apply in two scenarios:
Partners using the M365 Assessment Module Beta Plan (since Dec 2024) will be automatically upgraded to the Premium SKU starting April 1st and billed accordingly.
Partners NOT using the M365 Assessment Module Beta will remain on the Standard SKU, with no changes to their billing. We are not auto upgrading any partners.
Can I opt out of the Premium SKU if I’m part of the M365 Assessment Module Beta?
Yes. If you do not wish to continue with the Premium SKU, simply email support@connectsecure.com before April 1st, and we will switch you back to the Standard SKU.
Why does the Premium SKU cost more?
The Premium SKU is priced higher due to:
Cloud Infrastructure Costs – Premium plans require higher resource allocation for enhanced performance and scalability.
Advanced Features – Access to M365 Assessment Module, Google Workspace Assessment, and Web Application Scanning (WAS) (coming soon).
Enhanced Security – Strengthens the overall MSP/MSSP ecosystem with better protection, deeper insights, and proactive threat detection.
The added value ensures that your organization and your clients benefit from the latest innovations, improved security. These modules proactively identify risks, enforce security policies, and protect your cloud and web environments.
Will Premium Plan features be available for On-Premise deployments?
ConnectSecure On-Premise deployment will have limited support, starting with the M365 Assessment Module initially.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my SKU?
Upgrading from Standard to Premium SKU
Click ‘Upgrade to Premium’ in the UI.
A confirmation dialog will inform you of the pricing change.
Once confirmed, your plan will be instantly upgraded to Premium.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you need to cancel your subscription, please send an email to billing@connectsecure.com with your request.
However, we highly recommend discussing this with your Account Manager before proceeding. Our team can help assess your needs and explore possible solutions. Feel free to email accountmanager@connectsecure.com if you would like to have a conversation about the premium plan.
How can I educate my team on using the full power of the Premium SKU?

How many upgrades and downgrades are allowed per month?
You can upgrade or downgrade once per month through the UI.
If you choose to downgrade, you’ll still have the option to revert back to Premium before the next billing cycle.
How will I be notified about plan changes?
Whenever you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, a notification email will be sent to:
The admin user who initiated the change
The ConnectSecure Billing Team
The Account Management Team
