The Cloud Assessments module is available only with the Premium SKU. These modules are available at the company level only.
Cloud Assessments include the Microsoft 365 Security Inspection Report, Web Application Scanner, and Google Workspace.
If you do not see the Cloud Assessments module active, you can check the Global > Plan and Billing screen to view your current plan and self-service change to a premium plan.
