Companies
You can find this module at the Global level only.
This is where you can add, edit, and delete the companies from the portal. A company can be added as a local company or imported from a supported PSA integration. If you start with a local company, it can be mapped to a PSA at any time afterward.

Companies - Details
Access the Companies list from the Settings category.
Add New Company
You can create a new company by clicking the Add button or using the three-dot Action menu to Edit or delete an existing one.
While adding a new company, you can use Local Mode to create a company by manually entering its details.
Select Exclude from Global Schedulers if the company should not follow the existing global schedulers configured in the system.
Company Tags
You can create Company Tag to group the companies for a specific purpose.
Tag would have information such as Name, Access type to include or exclude existing companies, dropdown to select companies from the list.
You can edit the created tags using the three-dot Action menu to Edit

Alerts
View our timeline style of System Events captured for each company. You can set an optional date filter range to target a specific date range of events.

Layout Settings
Here, you can change the UI look and feel using various options, including the Theme for color, the Scheme for dark and light mode, the Layout for toolbar and module positions, and the toggle to set the table view default.
I prefer the Teal color, Light mode, and Classic layout with an asset table view.
