CyberCNS Release Notes -2024

• Added an ability to pull companies list based on Account Type. Added two sections under AutoTask Integration > Company mapping as Choose AutoTask Credential and Select Company Type.

• Added a User field for HaloPSA Ticket. For a particular asset, the system will search for the device user. If found, it will attach that user to the ticket else it will use the user mentioned in the notification profile under the HaloPSA Portal.
