Getting Started In App Info

The Info information icon will be displayed in the action toolbar options across all screens and modules in the portal.
This is the icon you will use to view the Getting Started Info.
Getting Started Information Details
Tenant Info
This includes your portal’s Tenant Name, Base URL, POD, and MSSP Name.
If you do not see a MSSP Name you are not using the MSSP UI feature; please see MSSP Portaldocumentation for full details on this option.
The tenant name is used to log in at portal.myconnectsecure.com and to identify your system for our Support and Onboarding teams.
