Report Customization

What is Report Customization?

With this module, you can customize any of our pre-made Standard Reports. If you don't like a particular graphic that we use, you can change it! Need a different name? No problem - update it! If certain elements are irrelevant to your needs, feel free to remove them. This module puts you in charge of our Standard Reports, giving you complete control over their customization.

Report Customization - Overview

Download Default Template

To get started, load the Report Customization module up and use the three-dot Action menu next to any report names.

Hover over Download Default Template > tap on DOCX Template.

The DOCX template will download to your default download location based on your browser settings.


Edit Default Template

Open the DOCX template and tap the ‘Enable Editing’ to begin edits.

In this example, I am simply updating the image on the cover page.

Save your DOCX template.


Upload Default Template

Tap back to the three-dot Action menu next to the report name against which you want to upload the template and choose the Upload Template option.

Choose the template option format and the Choose File button to upload your edited DOCX template.

The new template will display a green light dot with a download arrow to download and re-edit the template if needed.


Reset Default Template

Tap the three-dot Action menu to reset the template to the original configuration.

This will delete and remove your template from the system


Print Customized Report Template

To use your new report template, navigate to any company and select the Standard Reports section.

Standard reports using a custom template will be displayed with the gold frame around them.

Tap on the report icon format to print the report.

Tap on Standard Report Jobs at the top to see your jobs and download available reports.

The action toolbar contains the Alerts, Info, and Help Link options.

Alerts

Tap to view the timeline style of System Events with filtering options.


Info

Tap to view the Getting Started info; see the link below for additional information.
