Report Customization

    • You can find this module at the Global level only.

    With this module, you can customize any of our pre-made standard reports. If you don't like a particular graphic that we use, you can change it! Need a different name? No problem - update it! If certain elements are irrelevant to your needs, feel free to remove them. This module puts you in charge of our standard reports, giving you complete control over their customization.

    Report Customization - Details

    Adding section to the default report template is not possible. But Removing only a particular section(table column/row, graphs) is possible.

    Access the Report Customization from the Reports category.

    Edit Default Template

    Open the Report Customization module and click the three-dot Action menu beside any report name to access the options. Tap on the ‘Download default Template' option and select the format.

    Edit Default Template

    Open the downloaded template, make desired edits, and save.

    In this example, I am simply updating the image on the cover page; changing background.

    Save your DOCX template, which we will now upload to the system.

    Upload Default Template

    Tap back to the three-dot Action menu next to the report name against which you want to upload the template and choose the Upload Template option.

    The new template will display a green light dot with a download arrow, allowing you to download and re-edit it if necessary.

    Reset to Default Template

    Tap on the three-dot Action menu and select the Reset > Template option to bring any template back to the original, out-of-the-box state.

    Alerts

    View our timeline style of System Events captured for each company. You can set an optional date filter range to target a specific date range of events.

    Layout Settings

    Here, you can change the UI look and feel using various options, including the Theme for color, the Scheme for dark and light mode, the Layout for toolbar and module positions, and the toggle to set the table view default.

    I prefer the Teal color, Light mode, and Classic layout with an asset table view.
