CyberCNS supports scanning of different Firewall Scans by leveraging the integrations capability.
Navigate to Integrations
Into CyberCNS portal, Navigate to Global Settings(⚙) > Integrations and choose Fortigate from the integrations listed.
It will lead to add credentials for the Fortigate device. Provide details as requested.
Enter Credentials
Enter Name: Choose a name of your choice for the credentials to be added.
Enter Hostname/IP Address: Enter a Hostname/IP address for the credentials to be added.
Enter Port Number: Enter the Port Number for the credentials to be added. Currently please use port 22.
Enter Username: Enter the username used to log in to Fortigate Firewall.
Enter Password: Enter the password used to login to Fortigate Firewall
6. Select an associated company: Select the existing company into CyberCNS so as to add this asset under that company of your choice.
7. Select Probe/Agent: Select the Probe/Agent from the selected company to be used for the scan. In case there is no agent installed under a company, an external scan agent can be used to initiate firewall scans. This will initiate the scan from the CyberCNS Server (e.g abc.mycybercns.com)
Once all the details below are provided, SAVE the data. Likewise, multiple credentials can be added in this section using the '+' sign. Each set of credentials can be attached to a company and then to an agent under that company.
Once the credentials are added successfully at the company level, the Firewalls tab will be auto-created into the Main Menu of CyberCNS.
In the Firewalls section, once you click on Firewall Scan, the scan for all configured firewalls will be initiated.
Once the firewall scan is completed, details like Groups, Users, Access Rules, Licenses, and Interfaces will be populated for Fortigate firewall.
Different Scans of a firewall are shown with timestamps as below. Select the relevant timestamp to check for the respective results.
These results are available to be downloaded as a report into Docx format.
This completes the Fortigate Firewall scan.
