Global Solutions - Overview

Remediation Plan

Access the remediation plan for all your companies and assets, including recommended actions and links to fixes based on scanned assets vulnerability data. This includes the Action, Product, EPSS Score, Fix, Vulnerability, Severity, Companies, OS Name, and Affected Assets.

Remediation Velocity

Tap to view how quickly problems are being remediated by the Company and Application based on a set of days that include 0 to 7 Days, 8 to 15 Days, 16 to 30 Days, and > 30 Days.

  1. Remediated Records - displays historical data for remediated records on assets.

  2. Jobs - displays historical and active scan jobs.

  3. Alerts - displays the system events in a timeline style.


Global Solutions - Action Toolbar Actions

From the Remediation Plan screen, your Action toolbar actions include Remediated Records and the standard Jobs and Dashboard options.

Remediated Records

Tap here to view historical data for remediated records, including Name, Full Name, Version, Total Vulnerabilities, Critical, High, Medium, Low, and Remediated On data fields.

See historical/active job history across all companies.

Global Solutions - Details

The remediation plan's column headers include Action, Product, EPSS Score, Fix, Vulnerability, Severity, Companies, OS Name, and Affected Assets.

Action Types

Displays the action type to remediate the vulnerability. This includes OS Update, Software Patch, and Update.

Product

Displays the name of the product that requires remediation plan attention/action.

EPSS Scoring

Displays the Exploit Prediction Scoring System (EPSS) Score for the product's vulnerabilities. To learn more about EPSS Scoring, you can visit here: https://www.first.org/epss/

Fix

To help you remediate the vulnerability, we recommend the version or fix you should use. This recommendation includes a hyperlink that directs you to the download page, KB, or related support documentation. You can also find this link in the content of the alert when it is sent through an integration channel, such as a ticket creation (PSA) or email.

Vulnerability Count

Displays the total count of vulnerabilities for the affected product line.

Vulnerability by Severity

Vulnerabilities by Severity, including Critical, High, Medium, and Low.

Critical

Displays the count of vulnerabilities by severity of critical.

High

Displays the count of vulnerabilities by severity of high.

Medium

Displays the count of vulnerabilities by severity of medium.

Low

Displays the count of vulnerabilities by severity of low.

Companies

Displays the count of companies recommended for the product action line.

OS Name

Displays the affected product's Operating System.

Affected Assets

Displays the count of affected assets by the action product line.

Clicking on the Affected Asset count displays assets by Host Name, Importance, IP, and Company Name.


Global Solutions View Switching - Global to Company

We have simplified switching between Global and Company Remediation Plans by changing the Company value in the top-right corner of the drop-down menu. Select any company, and the list will automatically update with filtered information.
