SES Email Integration helps to setup email alerts using SES email capability by CyberCNS in case the SMTP based Email Integration is not feasible for some reasons.

Select Integration

  • Navigate to Global Settings (⚙) > Integrations and choose CyberCNS SES Email from the integrations listed here.

  • If you don’t want to use/configure CyberCNS Email Integration, you can use CyberCNS SES EMAIL to send email for specific user-selected actions.

Enter Credentials

  • When you click on CyberCNS SES EMAIL, the page below will be displayed. Here you can add the CyberCNS SES EMAIL email configuration required details.

  • You can add the settings with Enter Name, Enter Email for receiving the alerts, and Select a Company from the dropdown for which these set of credentials are to be used.

  • If you need to select all of the companies, choose All Companies from the Select Company option.

  • Once you click on Save, settings are saved successfully.

  • Click on '+' to add new credentials. You can have multiple sets of credentials added here.

  • In case you want to delete any of the listed credentials, you can click on "delete” as shown below.

  • Once selected to delete a set of credentials, a delete confirmation message will be popped up. Selecting "Yes," will remove the selected credentials.

  • A deletion success message, as Removed Successfully, will pop up once the delete action is completed.

  • When the credentials are added, an option to add the default template is seen.

  • Instead of selecting each time for ticket creation in the integration action, we can add a default template here for a particular integration.

  • In the Default template, enter the Email ID and click on Save.

  • The next step is to map local companies in CyberCNS to CyberCNS SES Email Integration companies corresponding to the selected domain.

Company Mapping

Multiple companies can be mapped using company mapping.

  • Click on Company Mapping.

  • Choose CyberCNS SES Email Credentials from the dropdown and click on + Add to add Integration Mapping.

  • In case the local company is already created to be mapped with Email, then select Map Existing Company to Email Company and click on Add.

  • As shown in the below image, select the Local company by using a dropdown as per the requirement.

  • Click on Finish to map all the selected email companies.

  • There is an option to Delete the integration mapping using the Action column. Any mapped data can be deleted if needed.

This completes CyberCNS SES Email integration.
