Dashboard is an information management tool that visually tracks, analyzes and displays key performance indicators (KPI), metrics and key data points to monitor the health of a business, department or specific process. They are customizable to meet the specific needs of a department and company.

Click on Dashboard it will redirect to the Site overview page. 

Overview: This will gives you the bird-eye view of the Sites, monitors and Ticketing details.


  • Site: Site is location of a building, facility, or structure. Pro-vigil has many sites and all those location/site Overview details will be shown under Overview page. Under Overview you will be able to see the graphical representation of site up, site down and where it has problems (site is down but ticket not yet created) and Solar Script Running (site down but the site is running on solar and its solar scheduled downtime) the numbers are shown in percentage and value and also total sites count will be shown here. 


  • Monitor: Monitors will gives you the graphical representation of Monitors up and down details in percentage and values and also you will be able to see the Total monitor count (Monitor Down and up count)

  • Site down Tickets status: 

If there is any site down due to 100% cameras down, After 60 min if the site did not come up automatically ticket will get create with the Site Name, Ticket ID, Ticket Status and the URL.

Here you will be able to see the details of tickets raised such as assigned, unassigned and closed ticket and also able to see the total count of tickets raised. If you click on URL it will redirect to the respective tickets that way it is easy to monitor.

Site down ticket status can be exported to excel by clicking on Export option below.


  • Solar Script Running Sites: You will be able to view the list of site and the site status which are running on Solar script.


  • SDT Sites:

The downtime will last for as long as the duration you specified when you scheduled the downtime. This assumes that the host or service for which you scheduled flexible downtime either goes down or goes into a non-OK state sometime between the start and end times you specified.


  • Authorization Failed Counts: This contains the graphical representation of authorization failed details. Means the details of device are up but credentials are wrong.


PVI Box Stats:


This gives the complete stats of PVI Camio Box. Here you will be able to see the details of Camio Name, Upload Queue Length, CPU utilization, Memory Usage, Swap Usage, details of how many cameras are Online and Offline, Total Cameras and the Status of the camio whether it is up or down.

Axis Health Monitoring


Here we are monitoring the Axis camera health. This will shows the Axis camera details which contains the graphical representation of Axis camera up and down and total count. This also gives you the reason saying as below.

  •  Success
  •  Unauthorized
  •  Response TimeOut
  •  Connection Error
  •  Name or service not known
  •  Not Found
  •  Internal Server Error
  •  Bad Request


Below you will be able to see the stats of Axis Camera such as Site Name, Host Name, Port details , Status as this camera is up or down, Frame rate (frame frequency), camera resolution, Recording status, Disk details whether the disk is full or is it read only or locked, Disk total utilization, Disk free space and Reason for camera up or down,

X310 Health Monitoring:


Here we are monitoring X310 device health and this will show graphical representation of X310 device up and down and the total count of the device. X310 Stats will give the details of Site Name, Status of X310 device as up or down, Line Voltage Stats, Battery Voltage, Temperature and Reason fro device down.


Authorization Failed Monitors:

This contains the details of all devices where the credentials are not proper. Which means device are up but credentials are wrong.
