This is the scheduler where you can configure your Scan, Patch, and Report schedules at the Company level.

The scheduler is available at both the company and global level.

Company Scheduler - Overview

Company Scheduler is where you configure the automatic schedule for the Scan Scheduler, Patch Scheduler, and Report Scheduler.

The Scan Scheduler configures your scan jobs to take place automatically, including the Full Scan, Network Scan, Active Directory, and External Scan jobs.

NOTE: Lightweight Agent scans are happening automatically and do not require the scheduler; you can adjust the LWA Agent Scan Interval at Overview > Settings > Scan Interval menu

Scan Schedules that are configured will display the following data fields:

Field

Description

Is Active

Displays an icon to indicate if the schedule is Active or Inactive

Scheduler Name

Displays the name of the scheduler.

Scan Type

Displays the scheduler Scan Type selected: Full Scan, Network Scan, or Active Directory Scan.

Scheduler

Displays the frequency of the scheduler; every_day, every_hour, etc.

Scheduled Time

Displays the scheduled time for the scheduler.

Created

Displays the date/time stamp when the scheduler was created.

Updated

Displays the date/time stamp when the scheduler was last updated.

Adding New Scan Schedule

Toggle the Company Type to the Allowed or Denied Companies options to include or exclude specific companies from the schedule.

You can use the Active toggle to enable or disable the schedule.

Company Patch Scheduler

Here, you will see any configured patch policies and have options to Edit or Delete them using the three-dot action menu.

If you do not have any records here, tap the Add button to create a new patch schedule policy.

Complete all the required fields and tap save when done.

Company Report Scheduler

NOTE: You must configure an Email integration under integrations to email reports.

Integrations (Company)

View the scheduled reports in the table view; tap the Add button to create a new record.

Complete the required fields and tap save to create the schedule.

The Select Type drop-down will filter to allow only the supported file types for the selected report(s); this will include the pdf, pptx, docx, and xlsx options

If you choose any unsupported combinations of Report and Types you will get this error:

Please note that the password field is optional. If you choose to enter a password, the report email contents will be encrypted. The recipient will need to enter the password to view the results. The email report will be sent as plain text if no password is entered.

You can see the Encrypted status from the table view:

Company Scheduler - Action Toolbar Overview

The action toolbar has the Jobs, Alerts, and Info actions available.
