The Standard Reports screen is divided into three main sections: Standard Report, Standard Report Jobs, and Scheduler Report Jobs.

Standard Report Jobs

You can view any of the report job details, including the Created, Report Name, Report Type, Job Status, Job ID, Description, and Download fields.

Scheduler Report Jobs

View any of the scheduled report jobs and their history.

Standard Reports - Action Toolbar Details

From the Standard Report section, you will see the side toolbar options that include Report Settings, Alerts, Info, and Help Link

Report Settings Customization

Tap here to view the customized options for the standard reports that include the following:

  • Watermark Text

  • Header Text

  • Header Alignment

  • Footer Text

  • Footer Alignment

  • Header Image

  • Footer Image

  • Company Logo

  • Cover Image

The maximum header/footer file format size is limited to 524KB.

The file formats supported here are jpeg, jpg, png.

Filter by Tag

You can filter the report data by any of the tags in your system that are being used. Click into the field, and you can type to search or tap from the available tags.

Standard Report Jobs - Action Toolbar Details

Details

Select any record, then tap the Details icon for the report job status details.

Terminate

Use this to terminate a reporting job that is In Progress. Termination can only be done for In-Progress jobs. You must select at least one record to use this action.

Recreate Job

This action can only be used on a FAILED job.

Download

Select at least one record, then tap the Download button to download the selected report(s).

Check your web browser for any pop-up blocking if you do not see the download.
