Step 1:
Check if the agent service is running.
(service name: cybercnsagent)If the service is not running, please start the service.
Step 2:
Download and Run the executable and the agent log located in "C:\Program Files(x86)\CyberCNSAgent\logs."
Download the agent communicator executable using the link below
agent_communication.exeOpen PowerShell as an administrator, navigate to the executable downloaded path and run the below command:
.\agent_communicator.exe <pod No.>For Example: .\agent_communicator.exe 401
You can find the pod number of your hosted instance in the global overview section Please refer to the screenshot below:
Navigate to Global Overview>> POD Number.
