This section helps to configure Cloudradial integration. Using this functionality CyberCNS generated reports can be copied/stored to any server.
Select Integration
This section helps to configure Cloudradial Integration for CyberCNS reporting purpose.
This screen is likely to change as we go on adding more integrations.
Navigate to Global Settings(đ) > Integrations and choose Cloudradial from the integrations listed.
It will lead to âAdd credentialsâ for Cloudradial Instance. Provide details as requested to configure it successfully.
Enter Credentials
Enter Credential Name: Choose a name of your choice for the set of credentials to be added.
Enter Cloudradial PrivateKey: Enter an Cloudradial Private Key for the credentials to be added.
Enter Cloudradial PublicKey: Enter an Cloudradial Public Key for the credentials to be added.
Click on credentials â+â to add multiple sets of credentials.
Company Mapping
Multiple companies can be mapped for the integration using company mapping.
Click on Company Mapping.
Choose Cloudradial Credentials from the dropdown and click on + Add to add Mapping Info.
Click on Import Companies from Cloudradial and select Next
To map the Company created into CyberCNS with Cloudradial integration, select Import Companies from Cloudradial.
As shown in the below image, select the Map Cloudradial Archive dropdown as per the requirement to import a company.
In case to delete existing company, select Delete to delete the selected comapny. Then click on Next.
Click on Finish to map all the selected Cloudradial companies.
Choose Cloudradial Credentials and select Map Existing Company to Cloudradial company, Click on Next.
Choose Cloudradial Credentials by using a dropdown as per the requirement.
To map the Existing Company into CyberCNS with Cloudradial integration, select Map Existing Company to Cloudradial company
Select Existing company from the dropdown, Cloudradial company from the dropdown and Map Cloudradial Archive value from the dropdown click on Add.
To delete the mapped company, use Delete Event as per the requirement, then Click on Finish.
Using the Action column, actions such deletion of the added integration mapping can be done. Any mapping can be removed if necessary.
API KEY
API Key can be obtained from Cloudradial instance.
Login to Cloudradial instance and navigate to Partner section and click on Settings.
Under Configuration please Select Integrations section as shown below.
Check the integration status API (Beta) should be in tick mark( ).
Click on API(Beta) on the right section menu to add generate new API keys.
Here is the API Keys with Name and Public Key(USERNAME). Please use the appropriate userâs Public key to add under ConnectSecure.
For Private key, Click on Add API Key to Generate New API Key and generate a new API Key.
For New API Key, Enter Name and click on Submit.
Navigate to Compliance and click Reports to set up reporting.
Here is the exciting Archive NAME, FIRST REPORT, LAST REPORT, ITEMS, STORAGE, RETENTION, ALERTING information.
Click on Add Archive to add a New Archive.
