CyberCNS supports Kaseya PSA integration to add value to partners using existing ticketing system functionality. This integration can be used primarily to notify and manage security assessments reported by CyberCNS.

Select Integration

This screen will likely change as we add more integrations.

  • Navigate to Global Settings(⚙) > Integrations and choose Kaseya from the integrations listed here.

  • It will lead to add credentials for your Kaseya Instance. Provide details as requested by clicking on the '+' sign.

Enter Credentials

  1. Enter Credential Name: Choose a name of your choice for the credentials to be added.

  2. Enter UserName: Enter a Kaseya Username for the credentials to be added.

  3. Enter Password: Enter the Kaseya Password name for the credentials to be added.

  4. Enter Domain: Enter the Kaseya Domain name for the credentials to be added.

  5. Enter Tenant Name: Enter the Tenant Name of the domain.

  • Once all the below details are provided, SAVE the data. Likewise, can add multiple credentials in this section using the '+' sign.

  • The next step is to map local companies in CyberCNS to Kaseya companies corresponding to the selected domain.

Company Mapping

  • Click on Company Mapping.

    • Choose Kaseya Credentials from the dropdown (here it will reflect already added credentials if any) and click on + Add to add Integration Mapping.

  • In New Company Mapping, choose the Kaseya Credential of your choice from the dropdown.

  • You can select one of these two options

🔸 Import Companies from Kaseya:- To import multiple companies at a time that are available in Kaseya.

🔹 Map Existing Company to Kaseya company:- To map an existing company (Local company inf CyberCNS) to the existing Kaseya company.

  • To import multiple companies from Kaseya, choose Import Companies from Kaseya, click on Next.

  • The Page Size shows the rows per page that can be displayed for search results and the Page shows the number of pages that can be displayed for a search result.

  • For Displaying Kaseya companies under Company mapping, use Page Size and Page values as shown in the image below.

    ​E.g.The Page is set to 0 & if Page Size is set to 100 then it will show first 100 records. 

    ​E.g For next 100 entries, set Page to 100 so it will skip first 100 records and display records after 100 records.

    ​E.g.For next 100 entries, set  Page to 200 so it will skip first 200 records and display records after 100 records.

  • Click on Get Companies to show the list of the companies as requested in the Page Size and Page column.

  • Once searched, as per the choice or the requirement, it displays the search result in the Select Companies drop-down.

  • In case you want to manually search the company, you can simply click on the drop-down of Kaseya Companies and it will list all companies available under Kaseya.

  • Once the company is selected, it shows as an additional entry below. This entry can be deleted or click on Next to add & proceed further.

  • Now click on Finish to import all the selected Kaseya companies. This completes importing companies from Kaseya.

  • In case the local company is already created to be mapped with Kaseya company, then select Map Existing Company to a Kaseya company and click on Next.

  • As depicted in the below image, select the Local company and Kaseya company by using a dropdown or use the search bar to search the Kaseya company as per the requirement.

  • Once the company is selected click on ‘+' to select the company and click on Finish to map all the selected Kaseya companies.

  • In the below image, selected companies can be seen with the details such as Existing Company Name (Company Name in CyberCNS), Company Name (Kaseya Company Name), and Mapped Date.

  • There is an option to Delete the integration mapping using the Action column. Any mapping can be deleted if needed at any time.

  • This completes the Kaseya Integration.
