CyberCNS supports SyncroMSP PSA integration to add value using existing ticketing system functionality. It can be used to notify and manage security assessments reported by CyberCNS.

Select Integration

  • Navigate to Global Settings(⚙) > Integrations and choose SyncroMSP from the integrations listed here.

  • It will lead you to add credentials for your SyncroMSP Instance. Provide details as requested.

Enter Credentials

  1. Enter Credential Name: Choose a name of your choice for the credential to be added.

  2. Enter Domain: Enter the SyncroMSP Domain for the credential to be added.

  3. Enter API Key: Enter the API Key for the credential to be added.

  • The below image shows the API Permissions required by CyberCNS for API users in SYNCROMSP. Once these permissions are set correctly for API users, CyberCNS will be able to capture required data for companies/customers & ticketing from SyncroMSP.

  • Once all the above details are provided, SAVE the data. Likewise, can add multiple credentials in this section using the '+' sign.

Company Mapping

  • The next step is to map local companies in CyberCNS to SyncroMSP companies corresponding to the selected domain.

  • In New Company Mapping, choose the SyncroMSP Credential of your choice from the dropdown.

  • One of these two options could be selected

🔸 Bulk Import Companies:- To import multiple companies at a time.

🔹 Map Individual Company to Local company:- To map an existing company to the SyncroMSP company.

  • To import multiple companies from SyncroMSP, choose Bulk Import Companies from SyncroMSP, click on Next.

  • In the below image, the company can be searched using the search option given.

  • The Page value shows the number of pages that can be displayed as a search result.

  • Click on Get Companies to show the list of the companies as requested in the search column.

  • Once searched as per the choice or the requirement it displays the search result in the Select Companies dropdown.

  • In case you want to manually search the company, can simply click on the drop-down of SyncroMSP Companies and it will list all companies available under SyncroMSP.

  • Once the company is selected, it shows as an additional entry below. It can be deleted or click on Next to proceed further.

  • Now click on Finish to import all the selected SyncroMSP companies. This completes importing companies from SyncroMSP.

  • In case the local company is already created to be mapped with SyncroMSP company, then select Map Individual Company to Local company and click on Next.

  • As shown in the below image, select the Local company and SyncroMSP company by using a dropdown or with the search bar as per the requirement.

  • Once the company is selected click on ‘+' to select the company and click on Finish to map all the selected SyncroMSP companies.

  • In the below image, selected companies can be seen with the details such as Integration Name, Source Company Name, Destination Company Name, and Mapping Date.

  • There is an option to Delete the integration mapping using the Action column. Any company mapping can be deleted if needed.

  • Confirmation of Delete will be asked. In the Delete message Dialog Box click on Yes to remove the company from the mapping list. Successful deletion is indicated by, Removed Successfully, message.

  • This completes SyncroMSP Integration.
