Content Comparison

Dashboard will provide at a glance views view of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to a particular objective.

From the home screen click Click on Dashboard it will redirect to the Site overview page. 

Overview: 

• Site: This will show the graphical presentation representation of site up, site down and where it has problems, the numbers are shown in percentage and value and also total sites count will be shown here. Total site count should match with site up,down and problem sites count. 

• Monitor: This also contains the graphical presentation representation of Monitors up and down details in percentage and values and also in the next box you will be able to see the Total monitor count (Monitor Down and up count)

• Ticketing: This gives Site down Tickets status:  Here you will be able to see the details of Tickets raised. Graph will shows the tickets raised such as assigned, unassigned and closed ticket details and also able to see the total count of tickets raised. If you click on URL it will redirect to the respective tickets that way it is easy to monitor.

• Site down details will be available with the details of site name, Ticket ID, Ticket status and the URL and also ticket status can be exported into csv to excel by clicking on Export option below.

PVI Box Stats:

PVI Camio Box status will give the details of Camio Name, Upload Queue Length, CPU Usage, Memory Usage, Swap Usage, Online and Offline Cameras, Total Cameras and the Status

This will shows the Axis camera details. This contains the graphical presentation representation of Axis camera up and down and also will be able to see the total Axis camera count.

Axis Camera stats will shows show the details of Site nameName, host nameHost Name, portPort, Status, Reason for camera up or down, camera resolution, Recording status, Disk details whether the disk is full or is it read only or locked, Disk total utilization and also disk free space .

X310 Health Monitoring:

This will shows the up and down details show graphical representation of X310 device health in graphical presentation and also it will gives the value and percentage. Also up and down and the total count of X310 healththe device.

X310 Stats will give the details of Site Name, status Status as up or down, Line voltage statsVoltage Stats, Battery Voltage, Temperature and reason for device up and downReason.
