Company Deprecated Assets - Overview
This is your company-level view of any deprecated assets.
Deprecation can be done manually using the three-dot Action menu or automatically by the Global or Company Settings for Deprecated Assets days.

This includes all the fields from the table below.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Status | Displays the online status of the asset |
IP | Displays the IP address of the asset |
Host Name | Displays the host name of the asset |
Risk Score | Displays the risk score of the asset |
Security Grade | Displays the security grade score of the asset |
Importance | Displays the importance of the asset |
Agent Type | Displays the agent type of the asset |
Vulnerabilites | Displays the total count of vulnerabilities from the asset |
Critical | Displays the count of critical vulnerabilities from the asset |
High | Displays the count of high vulnerabilities from the asset |
Medium | Displays the count of medium vulnerabilities from the asset |
Low | Displays the count of low vulnerabilities from the asset |
CISA Vulnerabilites | Displays the count of CISA classified vulnerabilities from the asset |
EPSS > 95% Vulnerabilites | Displays the count of EPSS >95% vulnerabilities from the asset |
Discovered Time | Displays the last discovered date / time stamp |
Last Scanned Time | Displays the last scanned date / time stamp |
Asset ID | Displays the asset ID (assigned by ConnectSecure) |
Discovered Using | Displays the method by which the asset was discovered |
Auto Tags | Displays the auto tags associated with the asset |
Manual Tags | Displays the manual tags associated with the asset |
Deprecated Time | Displays the date / time stamp when the asset was deprecated |

The side navigation bar offers the following options.
Asset Timeline - tap here to view the asset timeline system events
Remove Asset - select a record first, then tap to remove the asset
Restore Asset - select a record first, then tap to restore an asset
Problems/Solution Suppress - for use with the Solution screen only
Problems/Solution Records - tap to view the Suppress Problem and Solution records
Remediated Records - tap to view the remediated records
Jobs - tap to view the history of jobs
Alerts - tap to view the System Events, timeline-style alerts

Remove Asset
First, select at least one asset using the checkbox, then tap the Remove Asset to remove it from the portal.

Tap on the three-dot Action menu, then Remove Asset to permanently delete the asset and history from the portal:

Tap Yes to complete the removal; otherwise, tap Cancel to back out.

Restore Asset
First, select at least one asset, then tap the Restore Asset icon to bring the asset back to active.

You must provide a required Reason before you can tap Yes to complete; otherwise, click No to back out.

First, tap the IP of the agent name, then select at least one of the Problem Name choices from the Problen Name Details, and finally tap the Problems/Solution Suppress icon.

You will then be prompted to complete the required fields to Suppress Problem(s).

Problems/Solution Records
Tap the Problems/Solution Records icon to view historical data for any Suppress Problems or Suppressed Solution records.
