Enter Credentials
Enter Credential Name: Choose a name of your choice for the credentials to be added.
Enter UserName: Enter a Kaseya Username for the credentials to be added.
Enter Password: Enter the Kaseya Password name for the credentials to be added.
Enter Domain: Enter the Kaseya Domain name for the credentials to be added.
Enter Tenant Name: Enter the Tenant Name of the domain.

Once all the below details are provided, SAVE the data. Likewise, can add multiple credentials in this section using the '+' sign.

The next step is to map local companies in CyberCNS to Kaseya companies corresponding to the selected domain.
Company Mapping
In Company Mapping there are three rules to be set. Those are Event Set, Integration Profile, and Manage Company Mapping.
Under the Event Set, click on +Add to add the Alert Rule.

Here set of Events are to be set to get notified on. Those events are categorised under Agent, Company, Asset, Ports, Remediation, and AD Audit.
Enter the Event Name and select the category of an Events as required.

Every Category has a set of events/alerts under them which needs to be selected as per requirements.

e.g. Asset category has below listed alerts and selection of all or any is allowed.

For Remediation category, selection of Remediation by company OR Remediation by Assets OR Remediation by Product is allowed.

Once the above details are selected, click on Save.

There is an option to Edit, Delete and Set as default for the Notification Rules using the Action column. The listed Notification Rule can be edited and deleted if needed.

For settings the created Event as default, select the option Set as Default.

To confirm the set as the default action, select Yes or No in the confirmation dialogue box.
Once the event is set to default, under Is Default column the status can be seen.

In New Company Mapping, choose the Kaseya Credential of your choice from the dropdown.

One of these two options could be selected
🔸 Import Companies from Kaseya:- To import multiple companies listed under Kaseya to CyberCNS at a time that are available in Kaseya.
🔹 Map Existing Company to a Kaseya company:- To map an existing company (Local company inf in CyberCNS ) to the existing Kaseya company under kaseya.
To import multiple companies from Kaseya, choose Import Companies from Kaseya, and click on Next.

In the below image, the company can be searched using the search option given.
The Page Size shows the rows per page that can be displayed for search results and the Page shows the number of pages that can be displayed for a search result.For Displaying Kaseya companies under Company mapping, use Page Size and Page values as shown in the image below.
E.g.The Page is set to 0 & if Page Size is set to 100 then it will show first 100 records.
E.g For next 100 entries, set Page to 100 so it will skip first 100 records and display records after 100 records.
E.g.For next 100 entries, set Page to 200 so it will skip first 200 records and display records after 100 records.
Click on Get Companies to show the list of the companies as requested in the Page Size and Page search column.
Once searched , as per the choice or the requirement , it displays the search result in the Select Companies drop-downdropdown.
In case you want to manually search the company, you can simply click on the drop-down of Kaseya Companies and it will list all companies available under Kaseya.

Once the company is selected, it shows as an additional entry below. This entry It can be deleted or click on Next to add & proceed further.

Now click on Finish to import all the selected Kaseya companies. This completes importing companies from Kaseya.

Click on +Add to Map Existing Company to Kaseya company.

In case the local company is already created in CyberCNS is to be mapped with Kaseya company, then select Map Existing Company to a Kaseya company and click on Next.

As depicted shown in the below image, select the Local company and Kaseya company by using a dropdown or use with the search bar to search the Kaseya company as per the requirement.
Once the company is selected click on ‘+Add' to select the company and click on Finish to map all the selected Kaseya companies.

Please choose/select No Notification option only if no notification are required using this integration and click Add.
Once all the fields are provided, click on Finish.

Selected companies are shown in the image below, along with details such as Existing Company Name ( Company Name in CyberCNS), Company Name (Kaseya Company Name), and Mapped Date.
There is an option to Delete Using the Action column, you can delete the integration mapping using the Action column. Any mapping can be deleted if needed at any timeremoved as and when necessary.
