CyberCNS supports few integrations with a third-party products.

PSA Integrations like ConnectWise, AutoTask & SyncroMSP to help integrate a ticketing system. Simply provide your PSA credentials and the ticketing integration feature can be made available to your users. (e.g. assigning a vulnerability as a ticket to a technician).

Other integrations like Jira, Microsoft Teams, Email, Slack, Generic Webhook are widely used as communication channels to notify users about the current status of security across your organization assessed by CyberCNS.

SFTP Integration will help you keep generated reports at a common location. This feature is basically build built keeping in mind an issue of emailing reports due to limitation limitations on the attachment size followed by many organisationsorganizations.

🔸Connectwise Integration(/wiki/spaces/CYB/pages/290422805ConnectWise Integration ): In Connectwise Integration you need to add the credentials, generate a public key and private key to add in the Credentials, and then the credentials will be added. Next, you need to provide the service ticket rules and the ticket will be created accordingly.

🔸Auto Task Integration (/wiki/spaces/CYB/pages/783056921AutoTask Integration): In Auto Task Integration you need to add the credentials, in the credentials you have to update with an integration code. Then provide the service ticket rules and the ticket will be created accordingly.

🔸Syncromsp Integration(https://cybercns.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CYB/pages/1028325377/SYNCROMSP+SyncroMSP Integration): In Syncromsp Integration you need to provide the credentials and you need the API permissions to provide the API key in the credentials. Next, you need to add service ticket rules and the ticket will be created accordingly.

🔸Email Integration(/wiki/spaces/CYB/pages/943292524Email Integration): In Email Integration, you need to provide the SMTP Name, SMTP Port, SMTP username, SMTP password, From address, and Test address in the credentials part. Once the credentials are saved you can do the company mapping for the required credentials. Here you can add multiple sites and can do the multiple company mapping.

🔸Microsoft Teams Integration(/wiki/spaces/CYB/pages/947093505Microsoft Teams Integration): In Microsoft Teams Integration you need to provide the credentials with Identifier Name and MS Teams Webhook URL. Now you can select the company and map the company for those credentials.

🔸Slack Integration(/wiki/spaces/CYB/pages/943292450 Slack Integration): In Slack Webhook Integration you need to provide Identifier Name, Slack Webhook URL & Slack User in the credentials section. Once the credentials are saved you can map the companies for the required credentials.

🔸Jira Integration(/wiki/spaces/CYB/pages/943358018): In Jira Integration you need to provide the Identifier Name, Server URL, Username Authentication, Token & Project Name in the credentials section. When the credentials are saved you can map the companies for the required credentials.

🔸Generic Webhook Integration(/wiki/spaces/CYB/pages/943358042): In Generic Webhook Integration you need to provide Identifier Name, Webhook URL, WEBHOOK LOGIN URL, Username & Password(For login URL mentioned), ‘Authentication Header Key & Authentication header Value in the credentials section. Now you can do the company mapping for those credentials.
