Scheduler (Global)

This is the scheduler where you can configure your Scan, Patch, and Report schedules.

The scheduler is available in both Global and Company-level Settings. Setting a Global Schedule will apply to all companies and any new companies added unless set as Denied.

NOTE: Only one space is allowed between words, and the name cannot start or end with spaces for the scheduler name.

Scan Scheduler

The Scan Scheduler is where you configure scans to take place automatically.

Lightweight or Probe Agent

NOTE: Lightweight Agent scans are happening automatically and do not require the scheduler; you can adjust the LWA Agent Scan Interval at Overview > Settings > LW Agent Scan Interval menu

Add Scan Scheduler

Tap on Add to create a new scan schedule.

Complete the required fields based on the scan type selected.


Edit Scan Scheduler

Tap on the three-dot Action menu on the right side of the table, then tap Edit.

Make any changes, then tap on Save.


Delete Scan Scheduler

Tap on the three-dot Action menu on the right side of the table, then tap Delete.

Tap Yes to confirm and complete the deletion.


Patch Scheduler

Add, Edit, and Delete the Patch Scheduler records from the table view.

If you do not have any records here, tap the Add button to create a new patch schedule policy.

Complete all the required fields.


Report Scheduler

View the scheduled reports in the table view; tap the Add button to create a new record.

Complete the required fields and tap save to create the schedule.


Report Builder Scheduler

You can view the scheduled reports in the table view; otherwise, tap the Add button to create a new record.

Complete all the required fields to add a new scheduled report.


Global Scheduler - Action Toolbar Overview

This toolbar will change actions based on the exact scheduler screen you are in.

  • Scan Scheduler contains Scan Scheduler Jobs

  • Patch Scheduler contains Patch Scheduler Jobs

  • Report Scheduler contains Report Scheduler Jobs

  • Report Builder Scheduler contains Report Builder Scheduler Jobs

Scan Scheduler Jobs

Tap to view the job details.

Tap on the created date/time stamps to see additional details about the job.

You can download the details from the job into Excel by tapping on the download icon.


Patch Scheduler Jobs

Tap to view the job details.

Tap on the created date/time stamps to see additional details about the job.

You can download the details from the job into Excel by tapping on the download icon.


Report Scheduler Jobs

Tap on the created date/time stamps to see additional details about the job.

Report Builder Scheduler Jobs

Tap on the created date/time stamps to see additional details about the job.
