Feature Requests and Roadmap
We use our public Feature Request Portal (Canny) to collect, prioritize, and track product enhancements.

You can view all requests without an account.
To submit new requests, comment, or vote, you’ll need to register for a free Canny account.
Creating New Feature Requests
Head to the feature site: https://features.connectsecure.com and login
Select the Feedback tab OR click directly onto one of the existing Boards
Boards are the categories the features are organized into
You can now complete the fields to make a new post. Fill out the description, details, optional attachments, and then tap the Create Post.
We encourage attachments, screenshots, and anything to help clarify the request.
Your post is now public. You will automatically have an upvote on your own post and others can now upvote this request. Comments are optional, but open to public as well. If you own the post, you will see options to Edit or Delete.
If your post makes it to the roadmap, you will see the status show as Planned, In Progress, or Released based on it’s progress.
It will also show in the roadmap sections based on current status.
Once the status of your request changes, you will get notified via email if you are part of the post.
Search and Comment Existing Requests
Use the Search in the top right corner of the Roadmap view to search across all boards and all open requests.
Tap on any of the findings to see the details and make comments and/or upvote. You will also see the # of votes on the request from the search query view.
You can comment or upvote from the post details.
Upvoting Requests
Just a simple click on the vote count will cast your upvote. Tap again to ‘unvote’.
You can also upvote directly on requests from the roadmap at the bottom.
