NinjaOne RMM Integration gives an ability to import companies from SuperOps to ConnectSecure. Additionally, you can create and store the agent installation scripts.

Overview
SuperOps RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) SuperOps enables you to manage IT proactively, intelligently, and efficiently! Our remote monitoring tools help you keep your clients’ systems up and running around the clock.
Prerequisites
✅Access to the SuperOps RMM portal
✅ SuperOps RMM agent installed on target machines
✅ ConnectSecure agent installation parameters; these are required to install an agent
Parameter | Description |

Company ID | Used to identify your unique company during agent install |
Tenant ID | Used to identify your unique ConnectSecure tenant during agent install |
Secret | Used to identify the user who installed the agent |
Add ConnectSecure Agent Installation Script
Click on the stacks icon and choose ‘Scripts’
Tap on +Script button in the top right corner to create a new script
Under the RUN TIME VARIABLES, enter the following variables:
cybercnscompanyid
cybercnstenantid
cybercnstoken
Paste the script(s) pertaining to the operating system version you are using. We have 3 versions available for Windows, Mac, and Linux. To switch between PowerShell and Bash, select the Language from Script data drop down. Here are the scripts for download

Give your script a name and Tap on Save to complete
Target Endpoint with Script for CyberCNS Agent Installation
You must have a SuperOps RMM agent installed on endpoints to use the script actions.
Tap on the stack then choose Clients
Tap on CLIENTS > All Clients then tap on the client you want to install ConnectSecure agents for:
From the company view, first select Assets from the top toolbar. Then select Endpoints from the left. Finally, select which machine(s) and then tap Run Script.
Select your script parameters, that include the WHEN TO RUN, OS, script selection, and the run time parameters required for the agent installation.
Integrating to ConnectSecure Portal
Login to your ConnectSecure portal (IE: https://portal.myconnectsecure.com/sign-in)
Navigate to Global > Settings > Integrations and tap on the SuperOps RMM tile
Complete the required fields and tap on Save/Update

API Key | Enter the API generated from SuperOps RMM portal; see section HOW TO below for info. |
Sub Domain | Enter your SuperOps RMM domain which is visible from the URL bar |

Associated Company | Select the ConnectSecure company or companies option to link the integration to |
How To: Generate SuperOps API Token
To generate an API Token from SuperOps RMM navigate to Settings > API Token
Then tap on API Token and use the copy button to copy to clipboard
Company Mapping
Once the credentials are saved you can use the Company Mapping section to map companies between your ConnectSecure portal and your SuperOps RMM companies.
Tap Add to get started, otherwise, click on the three-dot Action menu to Edit an existing record
Your options for Company Mapping include two choices.
