How To: Delete Companies
Overview
This document will cover how to delete companies permanently.
Prerequisites
Admin rights to the ConnectSecure portal
If you are unable to see this tab, it is due to insufficient permissions on your ConnectSecure account. Only users with the appropriate role or access level can view and manage this section.
To gain access, please reach out to one of your company’s ConnectSecure administrators and request the required permissions.
ConnectSecure Support cannot modify user permissions on your behalf. Only your internal company admins can make these changes.
Instructions
Navigate to Global > Settings > Companies
Use the three-dot Action menu or select the checkboxes, and use the Global Options menu to delete.
To delete multiple Companies, select the checkboxes next to each Company you want to remove, then choose Global Action > Delete.
Tap Delete after confirming you want to delete the selected Companies.
