How To: Add Firewalls (Credentials)


Overview

This document will cover how to add a firewall by providing discovery credentials.

Prerequisites

  1. Firewall Host Name or IP

  2. Remote Access Port (HTTPS or SSH)

  3. Username and Password

  4. API Key(s) - some of the integrations will require this and some will not


Instructions

  1. Select a company.

  2. Navigate to Overview > Agents screen.

  3. Tap the Discovery button from the action toolbar.

  1. Tap Add next to the Credentials section.

  1. Enter a name of your choice, select Firewall OS from the OS Type, Firewall Credential from the Credential Type, and finally, select the Firewall Type from the drop-down.

Once you have set up the desired firewall credentials, you can run the Firewall Scan.

  1. Navigate to the Agents > Probe menu.

  2. Tap the three-dot Action menu and choose Scan.

  1. Select the Firewall Scan option.
