How To: Install ConnectSecure Agent Using RMM/Script
Overview
This document covers the URLs needed when installing the ConnectSecure V4 agent through an RMM tool or scripting.
Instructions
Use PowerShell from your RMM tool to install the agent using the non-expiring link below.
If you are planning to deploy ConnectSecure V4 Agent through your RMM or similar scripting engine(s), please use the following URL, which has no expiration:

Obtain Company ID, Tenant ID, and User Secret Information
Important: Do not use a personal user's Secret Key in your RMM scripts. If that user is ever deleted from the ConnectSecure console, the script will stop working. Instead, create a dedicated admin/service account (e.g., "RMM-Admin") and use its Secret Key for all deployment scripts. This ensures the key remains valid regardless of personnel changes.
Navigate to the Portal > Global View > Settings > Users > Tap Add
Please follow these steps to obtain the Company ID, Tenant ID, and User Secret values from ConnectSecure
Navigate to a Company.
Select Overview > Agents.
Tap the Download button to open the agent install options window.
NOTE: Do not copy the -j switch that is the beginning of the User Secret string as shown above #3
NOTE: The User Secret (3) can be used for all scripts; you do not need to generate a unique User Secret for each installation script; only the Company ID is unique to the script's installation.
