This is your global view across all the agents in your portal, which include Probe, Lightweight, and Deprecated.

Global Agents - Overview

Tap between the Probe Agents, LightWeight Agents, or Deprecated Agents tabs.


Global Agents - Details

Agent details are displayed in the header row; data may vary based on your view; check the settings to see all available options.

You can select agents and use the Global Actions menu:

Tap on the agent Action three-dot menu to access additional commands.

Map Discovery & Credentials

Set the Discovery Settings and Credentials; this converts the agent into a Probe automatically once applied. These options must first be configured at the Company-level Agents sidebar.

 

Reset Agent Configuration

Select to reset the Agent configuration back to the different settings like Reset AD Data, Update Agent, and Reset Agent.

Scan

Select to run a Compliance Scan on demand.

Uninstall

Select Delete an agent from the portal; you will need to confirm by clicking the Delete button in the confirmation box.

Deprecate

Select to send the Agent to the Deprecated Agents section; you must enter a Reason and tap Yes to complete.

Activate AD Audit

NOTE: AD Audit is only available and supported on agents installed directly on the Domain Controller(s).

Select to start the AD Audit scan; tap Yes to start.

After activating the AD Audit, scans will run automatically every 20 minutes. If any latest changes are made under Computers, OU, or Users, the data will reflect those changes here.

Deactivate AD Audit

Select to stop the AD Audit scan; tap Yes to stop.

Start Debug

Select to start the debugging process, which is used for advanced troubleshooting by our support team generally.

End Debug

Select to end the debugging process.

Fetch Logs

Select to fetch the agent logs; this can take about 5 minutes to complete; use the Download Logs to see them:

Restart Agent

Select to restart the agent; this will restart the CyberCNSAgent service.

Download Logs

You first need to Fetch logs, then use the Download Logs to get them:

Jobs

Tap to view the Scan Job(s) across all agents.


Alerts

Tap to view the System Events, timeline style.

 

 


Getting Started

Tap to view the getting started info that includes your Tenant Info, Documentation Links, and some general welcome information.
