To install the agent you must be on a Windows 64bit machine(Linux VM coming shortly) in which you have admin permissions.

Login to your instance the mysecuritykarma portal under https://<company name>.mysecuritykarma.com/login.
On the tree navigate to the Company and you will see the page that will show you the download link to the Agent as shown below.
