Metrics
You can find this module at the Global and Company levels.
The metrics page provides an overview of gauges, including the Severity and Risk Scores. The Assets and Companies count will be displayed using the Global metrics view. Switching to a single company will reveal additional details not shown in the Global view, so check out both!

Metrics - Details
Access Metrics from the Overview category.
Global View
The Global Metrics view will display data like Severity, Risk Score, Asset(s), and Companies. in the top or header section of the view.
Total vulnerabilities by severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low) across all companies and assets
Average Risk Score across all assets for all companies
Total count of Assets across all companies
Total count of Companies
The second half of the view contains the Company Overview data.
You can see the underlying data for any values listed in the Company Overview by clicking.
Global Company Overview Details
Company Name = displays the company's name as listed in ConnectSecure
Asset Count = total count of all assets for the company
Asset Risk Score = MAX weightage achieved * 100 as a percentage (Asset Type = Discovered)
Vulnerability Risk Score = MAX weightage achieved * 100 as a percentage
AD Risk Score =MAX weightage achieved * 100 as a percentage
External Scan Risk Score = MAX weightage achieved * 100 as a percentage (Asset Type = External)
Average Risk Score = pending details
CIS Score = Non Compliant controls count multiplied by the number of Assets
PCI-DSS Score = Non Compliant controls count multiplied by the number of Assets
HIPAA Score = Non Compliant controls count multiplied by the number of Assets
NIST-80053 Score = Non Compliant controls count multiplied by the number of Assets
Cyber Essentials Score = Non Compliant controls count multiplied by the number of Assets
ID = displays the Agent ID from the ConnectSecure database; it is not configurable.
To download this data, tap on the export from the table view.
Use the ‘Select Company’ drop-down to set a group of companies for viewing.
Company View
The Company Overview Metrics dashboard displays Scoring (Asset Risk, AD, PII, and External Scan), Vulnerability, and Compliance Score data in a tile-style format for the selected company.
On the right side of the dashboard, you will also see the System Events timeline-style feed.
Company Details
Avg Max Score = the average of all Max Score of all Assets for the selected company
Max Score = the highest score of all the assets in the selected company
AD Risk Score =MAX weightage achieved * 100 as a percentage
PII Risk Score = pending details
External Scan Risk Score = MAX weightage achieved * 100 as a percentage (Asset Type = External)
Vulnerabilities
Risk Score = MAX weightage achieved * 100 as a percentage (Asset Type = Discovered)
Critical = Count of Critical vulnerabilities
High = Count of High vulnerabilities
Medium = Count of Medium vulnerabilities
Low = Count of Low vulnerabilities
External Scan Vulnerabilities
Risk Score = MAX weightage achieved * 100 as a percentage
Critical = Count of Critical vulnerabilities
High = Count of High vulnerabilities
Medium = Count of Medium vulnerabilities
Low = Count of Low vulnerabilities
Compliance Score
Score = Non Compliant controls count multiplied by the number of Assets
Metrics - Toolbar Options
Search
This CVE search enables you to look up a specific CVE. The assets table below shows any active assets that identify the vulnerability. Tap the asset's IP address to see its details.
Alerts
View our timeline style of System Events captured for each company. You can set an optional date filter range to target a specific date range of events.

Layout Settings
Here, you can change the UI look and feel using various options, including the Theme for color, the Scheme for dark and light mode, the Layout for toolbar and module positions, and the toggle to set the table view default.
