Lightweight Agent: This is an agent installed on a single endpoint (a workstation or a server) that scans only the local endpoint where it is installed.

Probe Agent = This is an agent installed on a single endpoint (a workstation or a server) that scans itself and can scan any attached discovery settings that define the network segment(s).

Deprecated Agent = This is for ‘inactive’ agents no longer checking in after 90 days by default.

Please check out the https://cybercns.atlassian.net/wiki/x/nYA_ffor full details on the Agent Types.
