Global Assets - Table of Contents


Global Assets - Overview

You can access your assets from the multiline table view. You can also easily navigate to asset details via click-through links or use the global search, sort, and filtering options.

You can also view the assets in the Table View by activating the toggle.

Tap on the X in the top-right corner to exit table view.

Column Label

Description / Use Case

Company

Displays the Company associated with the Asset

Host Name

Displays the hostname of the Asset

Asset ID

Displays the database asset ID assigned by ConnectSecure

Importance

Displays the selected Importance of the Asset

IP

Displays the Asset's IP address

Risk Score

Tap to see the details of the Risk Score calculation

Total Vulnerabiliites

Displays the total count of all discovered vulnerabilities for all categories

CISA Total Vulnerabiliites

Displays the total count of CISA-based vulnerabilities; source: https://cisa.gov.

EPSS >95 Vulnerabiliites

Displays the total count of vulnerabilities with an EPSS score greater than 95%; source: https://first.org.

Critical Vulnerabiliites

Displays the total count of Critical vulnerabilities.

High Vulnerabilities

Displays the total count of High vulnerabilities.

Medium Vulnerabiliites

Displays the total count of Medium vulnerabilities.

Low Vulnerabilities

Displays the total count of Low vulnerabilities.


Global Assets - Details

Tap on any asset name which will take you to the asset details view so you can see all the details about the asset.

Global Assets - Action Toolbar Overview

  1. Asset Timeline - View a detailed audit log of activity and changes on this specific Asset, automatically grouped by day. Select only one Asset at a time using the checkbox in the first position of the asset line, and then tap the Asset Timeline icon to display data.

  2. Add Asset - manually add an asset to the portal

  3. Remove Asset - manually remove an asset from the portal

  4. Deprecate Asset - select at least one asset; tap to deprecate

  5. Scan Now - select at least one asset; tap to run a scan now

  6. Remediated Records - see a list of remediation records for the Asset. You must select only one Asset at a time using the checkbox in the first position of the asset line and then tap the Remediation Records icon to display data.

  7. Jobs - see a list of jobs with current status and details

  8. Alerts - see the system events (alerts) in our timeline-style format

  9. Getting Stared - select to see your tenant info, documentation links, and welcome info


Global Assets - Action Toolbar Actions

Asset Timeline

View any activity and changes happening at the Asset level by viewing the Asset Timeline.


Add Asset

You can manually add an Asset to the portal. Enter the required fields: Name, Asset IP, Importance, Company, and Agent.


Remove Asset

You can manually remove an asset from the portal by selecting it from the left checkbox and then tapping the Remove Asset icon on the right toolbar. Click Yes to remove it; otherwise, click Cancel to back out and keep it.


Scan Now

Select at least one asset and tap the Scan Now button to manually initiate a scan. A confirmation box will appear, and you must select Yes to begin the scan.

Remediated Records

Select an Asset and tap the Remediated Records icon to see a history of what has been remediated.

Jobs

Tap the Jobs icon to see a history of the Jobs running across all companies.

Alerts

Tap here to display the System Events in the timeline system.
