Asset is any company-owned information, system or hardware that is used in the course of business activities. Asset management program allows an organization to maintain a complete inventory listing without requiring employees to physically or manually check assets.Under Assets you will be able to see Camio Boxes, IP Cameras, X310 Devices,
Netalytics transitions to provide an Asset Centric system versus a Monitor Centric System. Assets are added and Monitors are added automatically based on the type of asset added. The integration with the PVI apis will further automate the entire process of managing assets and tracking them.
From the home screen click on Assets and this will direct to the device page where you will be able to see the list of sites with status, vendor, device IP and Last checked date and time.

Click on any site it will direct you to the Asset details page where you will be able to see the Site name, Device Status, Vendor Icon , Device IP, platform, Operating system, Up time, Serial number of the device, Version and Last checked date and time.
Device Details:
A device is a unit of physical hardware or equipment that provides one or more computing functions within a computer system.
To view the Device details from the action option click on Details to see the complete overview of the site.

Camera Image:
Under Camera Image you will be able to see the day display the Day and Night Image.
Add Device:
To Add any Device click on + icon
Once you click on + icon the below window will get pop-up. Fill the In the window that is displayed enter the details such as Site name, Device Type (X310, IPCamera, Synology Nas and Windows), Authentication Type, Username, Password, Name Endpoint, Port and the Frequency. Here we can set the Frequency as per your requirement from the drop down. After filling all the details click on Save to save the details. Frequency represents the rate at which the device can be polled.
Edit Device:
From Action field click on Edit option to edit the Device details.

Once you click on Delete option the below window will appear and if you like to delete the device click on Yes or else click on No to the cancel the action.a confirmation pops up
Add Tag:
From Action field click on Add Tag option to add any tag to the Device.

Once you click on Add Tag option the below window will appear, add the required Tag and click on Save.
If you click and go inside any site you also have the option to view count of Total Devices, Total Monitors , Device Down Tags will be searchable and ability to create custom dashboards based on Tags will be released in a future version
All sites provide a view of the counts of Total Devices and Monitors , Device and Monitors Down.
