  • Make sure that the credentials are added for the selected Integration. If not then please refer to the documentation which explains how to do so for each Integration.

eg. ConnectWise Integration

  • If Credentials are already set up for the selected integration, please proceed further as below.

  • Select the Company Mapping tab. This tabs will be enabled or seen only if the selected integration has the ability to receive notification via PSA, email or supported notifications channel.

  • Select the Event Set and the Integration Profile in the Update Company Mapping section and click on update.

  • Once all is set, the alerts will be enabled for this company.

Note for Users having Notification Rules Set for Remediation alerts.

  • The existing tickets will be closed and new tickets will be generated for the remediations.

  • This is done to be able to save the ticket information more precisely into the system like how the ticket is grouped & what remediations are added to the ticket so we can better manage the closure and update of the tickets through CyberCNS.

  • New tickets will be created in place for the closed ones.
